I have a graduate degree in Athletic Training and I am currently a graduate student in Nutrition. I know the body and I know food.
I have always had a love for food! As a former athlete, I learned eating comfort foods can add pounds and won’t make you a better athlete. When I stopped competing I noticed my eating habits were not matching my lifestyle. After years of trial and error, I figured out how to eat foods I love, not sacrifice taste, and stay healthy, fit, and happy!
