No Bake Cookie Dough

Hi peeps! We all love making cookies and eating the dough while the cookies bake, but the dough can be the best part. Most of the ingredients I used are staples that you probably already have in your pantry. No baking needed— grab a mixing bowl and mix the ingredients together for an easy sweet treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup almond flour— I used Bob’s Red Mill

  • 1 cup oat flour—I used Bob’s Red Mill

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips— I used Lily’s baking chips

HOW TO

  1. In a medium mixing bowl add almond flour, oat flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and chocolate chips.

  2. Mix ingredients together.

  3. Add your favorite gingersnaps, drink, or just a spoon and enjoy!
